Location and surroundings The House on rental is one of the few houses in which the convent has been
divided. With its private garden, the little lodge and its direct view on the
bosque, the House is a beautiful place to experience unforgettable and piecefull
moments.

The House private garden: This garden, which is about 65 square
meters, belongs exclusively to the House and the sun is shining there for the greatest part of the day. It
is, however, located very close to the condominium pool and is equipped with automatic watering system and with an integrated sound system that allows guests to select its own relaxing music from the radio or from its own i-pod or mp3
player. A very old and beautiful olive tree is standing right in the middle of the garden.

The lodge (at the entrance of the House) with its table and benches allows up to 8 people to sit outside for a lovely lunch or dinner in the open air.

The House kitchen is characterized by its old fire place where in the past people of the convent used to sit down in order to get
warmer. For those who are brave, a wood oven is also present to try and cook your own pizza or bread !

Cosy reading corner just in front of the little wc room on the ground
floor.

|
Two (out of three) rooms: The queen size bedroom and the double single
bedroom. These latter beds can easily be transformed into a queen size bedroom with few and simple
actions. On the same first floor, a little studio is present
which, if necessary, can host a small bed for babies available in the House. Both the rooms and also the bathroom on this first floor are equipped with integrated sound system to listen to the radio or
i-pod. One of the room has a small LCD TV screen.

The main bathroom on the first floor, with its direct view on the
bosque, has a large comfortable shower, a jacuzzi tub and the sound system.

The top floor is a characteristic original wooden roof large room divided by the same roof into two
parts. The TV room with its 40” LCD TV screen and home theatre and, on the other side, the third sleeping room with queen size bed and its private cosy
bathroom.
